Join us on the Culinary Story experience to learn about local ingredients and how to turn them into delectable dishes, so that you will always have a part of Sri Lanka with you.

Your hotel or guide will drop you off at a popular local fresh produce market, where you will meet your host. You will then arrive at our studio kitchen for an interactive cooking masterclass on Sri Lankan cuisine, after which you will sit down together and enjoy the meal you have prepared. We will use modern equipment and methods during the class, so that you can easily recreate this meal on your own, once you get back home.

Brindley has been working in the tourism sector for the past five years and is passionate about creating great experiences for those who visit the beautiful island of Sri Lanka. A self-taught chef and foodie at heart, he loves sharing his passion for all things culinary with others.



Dush has been cooking since he was a kid and is now the head chef and owner of a popular food brand in Colombo. He’s currently working on his debut cookbook, because he loves to share his passion for good food with everyone he meets.
