Once you arrive at Botanik, a chic rooftop Bistro and Bar, you will meet your host, who will join you in sampling some homemade chips and dips, whilst sipping on a refreshing arrack tamarind cocktail. Enjoy the steady flow of conversation, and learn about the history and culture of the vibrant city of Colombo from a local. This will be followed by the highlight of the evening, where you take over your own cocktail station and start mixing your unique cocktail, carefully guided by Botanik’s bartenders. Name your masterpiece and enjoy it under Colombo’s starry night sky!
